Shipping

From when we recieve your payment & have confirmed availability of artwork please allow up to 28 days from order to delivery. In the majority of cases delivery will take 7 days from completion of artwork. We will be in email contact with you throughout your purchase, so the timescale may be sooner.

Packaging

All canvases are packaged in appropriate industrial strength cartons. Every effort will be made to ensure you receive your painting in perfect condition.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your painting you can return it to us providing you inform us within 7 days of receipt of the painting, and the painting arrives back in perfect resellable condition in original packaging we will refund your payment in full.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the painting to us.
We recommend your return costs include a tracking number and insurance against damage.

Damages / Lost in transit

Upon receipt of the goods you should inform us within 1 day of the item arriving in damaged condition.
Upon receiving the item please inspect carefully to confirm the damage with the courrier. If the delivery is made and you are unable to notify the courrier it is vital you notify us immediately via email.
Please keep all original packaging and return the painting it to us for a replacement or full refund.
We will also contact you to confirm all details.
